Overview
PureMax® High Flow Cartridge Filter Housing is specifically designed for high flow filter cartridges, delivering both high performance and cost efficiency. Compared with standard filter cartridges, high flow cartridges provide significantly greater flow capacity and dirt-holding capacity per cartridge. Although the unit cost of each cartridge is higher, the overall operating cost can be greatly reduced through lower cartridge consumption, reduced maintenance labor, fewer replacement cycles, and minimized downtime. As a result, high flow filtration systems have been widely adopted in industries such as electronics, chemical processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage.
This filter housing features a horizontal design that helps minimize installation space requirements. In addition, filter cartridge replacement and vessel cleaning can be performed without special tools, reducing maintenance time and operating costs. It is especially suitable for industrial filtration systems requiring high flow rates, continuous operation, and reduced maintenance costs.
