PureMax® automatic backwash filter housing is made of stainless steel plate and equipped with a specially reinforced V-slot wedge-shaped metal filter element. During backwashing, the motor will drive the backwash arm and cooperate with the opening of the backwash valve to discharge the dirt and impurities that have been intercepted on the filter element. There is no need to stop the machine during backwashing and the filtration process is not interrupted. No need to replace consumables or manually clean the filter element, achieving the best efficiency of saving time, effort and cost.

Self-cleaning Filter
A scraper-type automatic self-cleaning filter is driven by a motor that rotates the scraper to remove impurities accumulated on the screen. When the discharge valve opens, the scraped particles are flushed out of the system. During the automatic cleaning cycle, the filtration process is not interrupted, greatly reducing downtime for manual cleaning or filter replacement while effectively improving filtration performance.
