Overview
GVS Capsule Filters utilize high-performance membrane media featuring broad chemical compatibility and high flow characteristics as the primary filtration layer. No adhesives, binders, or surfactants are used during the manufacturing process to ensure superior downstream cleanliness. All filters are rinsed with high-purity water to minimize extractables and extend the service life of downstream final filters.
These filters are widely used across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food & beverage, electronics, chemical processing, laboratory applications, and various purified water systems
CSK series
．The CSK Series Capsule Filters feature an integrated disposable design and are available with a selection of high-performance membrane media to meet the requirements of liquid and gas filtration applications. They provide high flow rates, low extractables, excellent chemical compatibility, and stable filtration performance.

CIK series
．The CIK Series In-Line Integrity Test Capsule Filters are specifically designed for high-purity and sterile filtration processes. Available with various filtration media, the series provides a complete solution ranging from bio-burden reduction and fine filtration to prefiltration and high-load liquid processing applications.
Featuring in-line integrity testing capability, the filters allow integrity verification to be performed directly within the system during operation without removing the filter, significantly improving process efficiency and operational safety. The product integrates a Staubli vent connection and supports standard integrity testing methods, including Bubble Point Testing and Diffusion Flow Testing, making it ideal for meeting GMP process requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
