Overview
PureMax® RO Membrane Housings offer cost-effective nylon end caps or stainless steel end caps for demanding industrial environments, achieving an optimal balance between cost efficiency and durability. Engineered for harsh operating conditions, the housings maintain excellent structural integrity and reliable performance even under prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity, and high-temperature outdoor environments, delivering outstanding weather resistance and long service life.
The membrane housing body is available in SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, allowing selection based on fluid characteristics, corrosion resistance requirements, and specific operating environments. In addition, various surface finishing options are available upon request, including acid washing, burnishing, electrolyzing. These treatments not only enhance the product’s appearance but also improve surface smoothness, reduce contaminant adhesion, and strengthen corrosion resistance while simplifying cleaning and maintenance. This makes the product particularly suitable for applications in the food & beverage, biotechnology & pharmaceutical, electronics, semiconductor, water treatment, and other industrial processing industries.
