Brief

According to research, among the causes of failures in hydraulic and lubrication machinery, aside from equipment degradation and improper operation, 70% are due to surface corrosion and spalling of mechanical components. Of these, 20% are caused by surface erosion, while 50% result from mechanical wear.
Therefore, effectively controlling the cleanliness of the operating oil can significantly extend the service life of hydraulic and lubrication equipment.

• Can be equipped with high-efficiency fiberglass cartridges (βx ≥ 200).

• Installed on machinery, return lines, and inlet/outlet lines.
• A single-piece design with a quick-release top cover. 
• Suitable for filtering hydraulic lubricating oil, engine oil or other oils.
 ※ Suction Filter
• Filter media options include high-efficiency fiberglass (40µm) or metal mesh (60, 90, 250µm).
• End caps, center tube and filter media are bonded with heat-resistant synthetic resin.
• Operating temperature: −40 °C to +100 °C.
• Initial pressure drop of a single filter cartridge is less than 0.015 bar.
• Filtration flow direction: outside-to-inside.
• Optional 0.14-bar relief valve available on the cartridge end cap.
