Selection
Beta200 filter elements are divided into absolute grade (βx≧200) high-efficiency glass fiber filter elements of 2μm, 6μm, 10μm and 20μm according to ISO4572 multiple penetration test. It has passed the ISO2943 chemical compatibility test, and has been tested for differential pressure and flow in accordance with ISO3768 and structural integrity in accordance with ISO2942. The general type burst pressure differential can reach ΔP>210bar, and is suitable for filtering mineral oil, synthetic oil, water glycol and phosphate ester oil.

Identify the most critical or finest-tolerance component in your hydraulic or lubrication system according to the table above.
Select the operating load condition:
A (High Load) : Hydraulic system pressure > 2500 psi, or lubrication system viscosity < 500 SUS
B (Medium Load) : Hydraulic system pressure: 1500–2500 psi, or lubrication system viscosity: 500–1000 SUS
C (Low Load) : Hydraulic system pressure < 1500 psi, or lubrication system viscosity > 1000 SUS
By combining the results from Steps 1 and 2, the required system cleanliness level and recommended filter element grade can be determined.
