Feature
PARKER® FPA PLUS filters are designed for microelectronics applications with maximum chemical resistance and high purity. This filter vessel is constructed of PFA (wetted parts) and PTFE (non-wetted parts) for compatibility with the most aggressive chemicals. High-purity construction materials and clean-room packaging ensure a high level of cleanliness. The vessel consists of a fixed filter cartridge and a locking ring, providing a reliable seal and easy replacement of the filter element.
