CHIKO® CMP series intelligent dust collectors are specially designed with an air pulse backwash device, which can greatly increase the service life of the filter element. They are most suitable for occasions where a large amount of dust is generated, such as PCB segmentation, hole drilling, resin cutting. The dust can be collected in a drawer-type dust box, making it easier to clean up. The main filter layer is a PTFE membrane element with excellent filtration efficiency and large filtration area. For clean room application, a HEPA filter with absolute filtration efficiency (0.3μm@99.97%) can be installed to correspond to Class 1,000~100.
