Brief
Japan Osawa Silent cleaner series, it is perfect to clean water, oil, sludge, gravel, sands, metal chips... and effectively collect them into the dust filter barrel. Built-in silencer to lower down the operating noise, equipped with wheels for easy movement. No rotating parts are involved; friction is almost absent, hence, possible breakdown leading to wear and tear are reduced to the barest minimum.
