Brief
Smart Mist Zero – Oil Mist Collector, the latest flagship model from Akamatsu Electric. Equipped with the newly developed “Rotary Magic” mechanism, it combines high collection performance with a maintenance-free design, achieving 99% collection efficiency for particles ≥1µm, while reducing suction loss to virtually “zero.” A backwash piping system is included as standard, bringing the unit even closer to true maintenance-free operation.
Feature
1. Simultaneous Collection and Self-cleaning
By using centrifugal force to repel adhered mist and achieve a self-cleaning effect, ensuring sustained high power collection performance over time.
2. Toward Virtually Maintenance-Free Operation
Equipped with a backwash piping system for cleaning, even if collection performance declines, the Rotary Magic can be cleaned with compressed air without opening the main unit, keeping it in a clean state at all times. (supply air required).

3. One-Access Maintenance
By simply opening the front door, minimizes the time and effort required for maintenance.
This minimizes maintenance time and labor, contributing to manpower reduction.
