Brief

When molding raw materials such as synthetic resins and rubber using molds, a release agent is first applied to the mold to form a protective film that prevents the molded material from adhering to the mold surface, this is what a release agent (also called mold release agent) does.
Release agents are used in various molding processes, for example, in the automotive industry for tires, bumpers, and gaskets; and in sports equipment such as golf club heads, tennis rackets, and fishing rods.

Feature

1. Dry film: Using fluorine mold release agent, the surface does not have oil residues, reducing the cost of cleaning up the mold. 2. Ultra-thin layer: The fluorine film 1μm thickness or less, will not affect the precision of the micro-structure of the finished product, less product defect.
3. Low surface tension: The critical surface tension of about 11mN/m.
4. Excellent finished cleanliness: The release agent will generate bonding with the mold, stripping effect, release agent will not be transferred to the finished product, suitable for secondary processing (printing, bonding, painting…)

.How to use

    1. Clean the mold surface thoroughly (remove any residual release agent and impurities).
    2. Priming: Spray a coat of high-concentration release agent and then heat-dry (one priming cycle). Depending on the molding material and the ease of release, the number of priming cycles may be adjusted.
    3. Apply at the normal concentration for general use.
       【Dilution】water based type-It is recommended to dilute with distilled water or deionized water.
       【Dilution】solvent based type-Dilute with the recommended solvent. Apply evenly with a spray gun, brush, or cloth.
    4. Spray can -Hold 20~30cm away from the surface and apply an even thin coating.
