Why Challenge Stretch Film?

For decades, the logistics and warehousing industry has relied heavily on stretch film to secure goods on pallets. While convenient, these petrochemical-based materials come with a high carbon footprint, are difficult to recycle, and are often incinerated at end-of-life—causing significant environmental impact. ⭕ SFF :  A packaging revolution that replaces “Wrapping” with “Spot Bonding”
The SFF solution uses bio-based hot-melt adhesive applied in spots instead of stretch film to secure goods. Combined with automated glue applicating system, it enables highly efficient packaging. Its five key advantages are:

⭕ Sustainability Benefits That Hold Up to Measurement
To comprehensively evaluate the environmental and social impact of SFF, we invited KPMG organization in Taiwan to apply the True Value Methodology with a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach, covering raw material sourcing, production, usage, and end-of-life treatment. Results showed that, compared to traditional stretch film, SFF delivers 64% higher overall benefits per pallet, across financial, environmental, and social dimensions. This demonstrates that adopting SFF is not only an environmental initiative, but also a business strategy that brings real value and competitive advantage.
